I have completed my first bottle and... WOW!! I have noticed many changes. First, it is slowing the regrowth rate of my facial hair. I have been doing laser hair removal treatments over the last year. This is the first treatment that the hair hasn't grown right back, I even had to bump out my next appointment because not enough has grown back to laser! Second, I've noticed a reduction in cystic acne. I haven't had any major breakouts since starting the Androgen Blocker. The few pimples I got this month were small and superficial. I have been taking inositol for a few years and that has greatly improved the consistency of my cycle's month after month. However, this last one was less duration and flow, and the only thing I've changed in supplements is adding the Androgen Blocker. I'm encouraged by the results I am already seeing. I'm one month into a three-month trial. In addition, I recommend following the Repair Breakfast Protocol, and trying your best to follow the food and exercise guidelines in the book. I lost 5 pounds last month just from changing some of my food habits and taking the Androgen Blocker. The best part is, I'm seeing weight loss around my middle... I have been using Androgen blocker for about 5 months now. And yeah, truly WOW, I have had the kind of periods where I am curled up in a ball sobbing and can't move. So heavy that I would bleed through a Super Plus tampon within an hour. And bleed for a solid week. With only, like the last 2 days being light. This has helped me more than anything I have ever tried and I have tried alot over the years. I don't bleed as heavy, as long and the cramps are SO much easier on my life. I’ve been taking this supplement for almost a month. I use it in combination with a topical prescription to help treat hormonal acne in the jaw area. This combination has proved helpful for me, as I have noticed a specific decrease in cystic acne this month. Usually I get a big break out the week before my period, but all I got this time around was a manageable surface level pimple . My skin isn’t influencer “clear”, and might not ever be, but it has gotten noticeably better. As a bonus, my period this month was less painful than usual, which makes me suspect the supplement is doing its work on the internal mechanisms. Of course no supplement will be a miracle cure, but the difference it’s made has been noticeable for me personally, so I will be ordering more :)

I was on birth control for 5 years to regulate my period. A little over a year ago I tried to stop birth control and my PCOS symptoms went crazy and my period never returned. My doctor told me my only option was to get back on birth control. I've been taking those food complements since more than 6 months now, I'm also taking another food complement to regulate my insulin level (D-Chiro Inisitol from Ovabalance). The positives change I've seen in my body so far are : no more painful periods, it's still uncomfortable but nothing that would handicap me for a whole day.
My periods last from 3 to 4 days, and I bleed a little less than usual, I usually tend to bleed a lot.
I'll see how this experience goes as I keep using it :)

I’ve been dealing with hirsutism, since the end of high school. I always thought I just had bad luck and bad genetics. I have been on birth control for 12+ years for my irregular periods. Due to my migraines, my doctor switched me to 'the mini pill'. I'm so tired of going to the gynecologist just to get told "I need to be on birth control"... where are the natural recommendations? Where is the genuine concern? My goal for the androgen pills was for my excess acne/oil production. My skin has calmed down a little, but not to where I want to be (obviously, it's only been a week, I will be back with another review once I finish the bottle) BUT... I added my nails in this picture because it's been ONE WEEK and the difference in simply my nails is mind blowing. My nails were PAPER THIN, extremely brittle a week ago. They seriously feel like steal right now. I've been raving about it to everyone because of the difference I feel already. I seriously just feel good all around and feel so much happier and way more energized. I can't explain it... I just feel GOOD.
